Personal Information We Collect About You

You may be asked to provide your personal information anytime you are in contact with us. We may use the data you provide consistent with this Privacy Policy. Opting-Out of Marketing

Opting-Out of Service Support

At any time, you may also revoke consent for services you have initiated such that professional service interactions will be ceased. You may not, however, revoke consent for injury prevention compliance programs initiated by your employer which may be required under law or by the terms of your employment. Information We Share

At times Briotix Health may share certain personal information with service providers we have retained to provide services on our behalf –such as an equipment provider, or in the instance of a health benefit plan, that your employer has asked us to integrate with –such as a health insurance payer. These service providers are not authorized by us to use or disclose the information except as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are obligated to comply with legal requirements.

In addition, we may disclose information about you (i) if we are required to do so by law or legal process, (ii) to law enforcement authorities or other government officials or (iii) when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual illegal activity.

Briotix Health maintains an Information Security Management Program (ISMP) that follows best practices outlined by standards such as ISO 27000.

Briotix Health will retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in the Privacy Policy, according to your employer’s stipulated retention period, or by the retention period required or permitted by law. This is generally for a term of 7 years, unless data is under a legal hold or required for continuing compliance purposes.

For personal information we hold, we will provide you with a copy of that data for any purpose, including to request that we correct or delete the data –if Briotix Health is not required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes.
